We shall be running 2 Advent Groups this year on Wednesdays, beginning on the 6th December at 10.30am in the Mary Bass Room and Thursdays beginning on the 7th December at 7pm in the Mary Bass room. All are welcome to attend, please sign up if you would like to come along. The sessions will also be posted on our Facebook page if you would like to follow at home. This year we shall be following ‘The Cry from the Manger’ by pray as you go, as we reflect on God’s entering into the suffering of the world. Jesus, Emmanuel, was born amongst us, right into the heart of our suffering. Jesus joined us in our suffering, and this Christmas, we incline our ears a little closer to the manger, to hear Christ’s first cry.
